Frame It

Remember that storm I showed a few weeks ago? Well, here it is! I think this map speaks for itself. I'm hoping for once the models are correct. I need a good snowstorm this year. What a great valentines day present that would be for me. *crosses finger, toes and legs* Here's to hoping :).

Windows Vista

Here's a short video on how to properly install Windows Vista. I just thought I'd put out this public service announcement.

Weather Models

Why do I keep doing this to myself? I see these possibilities and get all excited only to have it not materialize at the last minute. Now I'm gonna watch this storm all week and guess what? It probably won't happen. It's just the way this winter has been evolving for us. Mother nature will find any way she can to screw us out of a good snow.

I won't give up till at least March 1st. After that date we generally don't get many events that stick. I can tell it's going to be a long month.

Never Forget

I'm feeling a bit patriotic today so I thought I'd post a picture.

CNN Article

Assistant Attorney General John Grossman... said that if they had been explosive they could have damaged infrastructure and transportation in the city
Ohh my god, do you know what this means? This means that if all the automobiles in Boston were really thermonuclear weapons, they would totally obliterate the city!

Quick, someone do something.

Cop: You're under arrest

Innocent Civilian: Why?

Cop: Because if you had shot me, then I would be dead.

Innocent Civilian: But I don't have a gun?!?

Cop: You have the right to remain silent.

I think the officials running the city of Boston are a bunch of asshats. First, they find this Lite-Brite and have reason to believe it's a bomb. Ok, that's peachy, but from what I'm hearing, the advertising agency got in touch with officials after the first one was detonated and yet they continued blowing them up! What the fuck? Seriously, what the fuck? Who's really wasting tax payer money here?

Now if I had any say in this situation, I'd fine the ad agency for not getting the proper permits to advertise on public property and that's it. Boston and the press, you are overreacting in this "post 9-11" world. Atleast most people are getting a laugh at the press and the city of Boston. They deserve every laugh they get.

Welcome to your police state, America. The terrorists have won.
